Because at the Waffle Shop we believe that fresh is better, every Waffle is made fresh to order and shipped the same day, without artificial additives, colouring or preservatives.

Our Waffles are 100% natural, made with real butter and free range eggs.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver across the North Island of New Zealand, unfortunately we can’t deliver to: P.O boxes and Private bags.

When will my order be delivered?

We endeavour to bake your Waffles the following morning of your order and courier the same day, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately no weekend deliveries.

How long do the Waffles last?

All Waffles are baked fresh daily to ensure maximum freshness. For the best taste and texture, we recommend eating the waffles within a few days of delivery. The Waffles can be frozen.


Do the Waffles have traces of nuts/gluten?

All our products are made in the same kitchen so we cannot guarantee that a Waffle or condiment won't come in contact with nuts, gluten, or other allergens. While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, if you are highly allergic we would advise against purchasing.

Is there an invoice or a price tag included in the package?

No, we don’t include these inside the package.

Cancellation

Orders that are already prepared or dispatched can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

How much is delivery?

We deliver via overnight courier to the Bay of Plenty and Waikato for $5.00 and the rest of the North Island for $10.00. Rural delivery is $15. Free delivery for bigger orders. Unfortunately, no South Island, or weekend delivery.
